This includes your name, email address, profile information, and the design data you create within HOMURA. We also automatically collect certain information when you use our services, including log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited), device information, and usage patterns to improve the product experience.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide, maintain, and improve HOMURA's services. Specifically, we use it to operate your account and design workspace, process transactions, send service-related communications, and respond to your support requests. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data to understand usage patterns and improve our product. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@homura.design. Design files and project data are retained for 30 days after account deletion to allow for recovery, then permanently removed from our systems.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to security@homura.design responsibly.
